The SST is based in Wales and seeks to bring funding to the delivery of two programmes: Transition Labs which focusses on providing educational and community resources for facilitating the transition to a low carbon sustainable economy in Mid Wales (through learning, land and energy) and Transition Knowledge based around the development and delivery of partnership training course in education for sustainability and the creation and publication of related publications in different languages (in cooperation with TerraPreta Publishing)
